Registration

  • All participants(including Keynote/ Invited Speakers, Symposia Chairs/ Co-Chairs) must complete their registrations online before August 30(Sunday, 23:59, TST), and pay applicable fees on November 6.
  • Applicable fees must be received in Taiwan Dollars ONLY.
  • The maximum limit is TWO ABSTRACTS per registered participant.
  • Participation confirmation is subject to your online registration form.

Registration Fee

This registration fee is established to encourage attendance for the entire meeting and to provide the Conference Budget. The registration fee will be charged regardless of the length of time a participant(speakers, discussion leaders, conferees) attends the Conference.

The Conference registration fee includes:

  • Conference Entry(all 3 days)
  • Handout materials, information package and name badge
  • Meals and Refreshment breaks as listed in the program
  • Transportation service:

      November 6 morning from Taipei to Xitou Nature Education Area

      November 8 afternoon from Xitou Nature Education Area to Taipei

It will not provide for recreation, faxes, taxi, laundry, or any other personal expenses.

 

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, send an E-mail stating your intent to cancel to ntumic@ntu.edu.tw before September 15, 2015(Tuesday 5:00pm, TST)
